About Martock
Martock is more and more becoming Snowboard Martock since we first allowed snowboarding in 1987. Martock has produced a snowboard Olympian named Trevor Andrew. It is almost impossible to pop in a snowboard video or open a magazine without seeing "Trza" ripping up terrain all over the world. Trevor represented Canada in the '98 Olympics and is a hopeful for this year's Olympic Team.
In 1996 Martock was the first resort in Atlantic Canada to purchase a Half Pipe grooming machine. This season new have upped our commitment to snow boarding by putting in a terrain park from the top of Glades to the top of the Halfpipe. Our park has 5 rails, at least 2 tables and spine.
All mountain trails at Ski Martock are lit for night skiing and snowboarding enjoyment.
Cross-country skiing and ice skating on canals are available during daylight hours.
