Stunningly beautiful 3 storey, 5000 square foot, five bedroom home is located at the base of the Alpine Ski Club. Expansive living areas and 5 large bedrooms - three of the five have views of the Georgian Bay.
The main floor is comprised of the kitchen, living and dining areas which are divided by a floor to ceiling double sided gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings with double storied windows provide excellent lighting. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and eat-up bar is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and entertain friends and family.

The Blue Mountain area is renowned for summer activities such as hiking, swimming, beaches, nightlife and wonderful cafes. Sandy Northwinds beach and Craigleith park is a nice walk away. Wasaga Beach is a 20 minute drive. We are near the beautiful resort Village at Blue. This is the third most popular ski summer resort in Canada. There is a new swimming pool complex for everyone and the new Alpine Coaster.
We have the best location in Blue Mountain with rare views of Georgian bay and located right on the Niagara escarpment. We’re located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to an environmentally protected ravine and forest.
