Newly renovated, spacious 2BR privately owned, well maintained luxury Whistler vacation rentals, for up to 6 guests.

With easy walking access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. This 'direct from the owner' Whistler vacation rentals has a spacious master bedroom and offers a king-size bed OR twin beds, full ensuite bathroom, TV/DVD and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 of this family vacation rental comprises a king-size bed OR twin beds, ceiling fan, and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Fluffy duvets, a generous supply of sheets and towels, hairdryers and toiletries are provided.

With a unique decor and artistic touches, this spacious and comfortable open plan living room in our Valhalla townhouse provides a queen-size sofa bed and has an adjacent powder room. Other living room features include: 42" HDTV/VCR/DVD, stereo CD player, free secured Wirless internet service, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and an adjoining deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture.

The dining area provides a comfortable table and seating. The kitchen includes 5 appliances and is generously supplied with matching china, glassware and silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, ironing facilities, in-unit ski and snowboard storage. Free secured parking for your vehicle and bike storage is available in the heated underground parking garage. The Valhalla complex has a courtyard hot tub.

Policies: Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. 25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance, and check-in information will be sent 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within the 14 day period will result in full payment forfeiture. This property will be rented to responsible adults/families only.

Policies

We are obliged to charge 12% tax only. As an 'owner direct' rental, we do not charge Hotel Tax (10%), Tourist Tax (2%), Parking Fees or Equipment Storage Fees. Best Times to Contact 10am - 10pm PST

Cancellation

Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
