Deposit: There is a Refundable Damage Deposit in the amount of $750. Damage Deposit increases to $1,000 for pets. This will be refunded after an approved check-out, cleaning and inventory inspection.
Policies Deposit Due at the time of booking is equal to 35% of the total bill. The balance is due and payable 45 days prior to your arrival, at which time you will receive a check in package.
Cancellation The reservation deposit is Nonrefundable. However, in case of cancellation we will attempt to re-rent the unit for the dates in question and will reimburse you all revenue received from the replacement renter, less a $100 service charge.

www.GoSki.ca is the booking agent for this property. Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
