The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with quality appliances – stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garburator. This townhouse is generously supplied with matching dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and a number of small appliances and has been carefully planned to enable you to relax in comfort or entertain in style.

The bedroom is furnished in country pine and is equipped with a queen-size bed with fluffy duvet and feather pillows, TV, clock radio and mountain view.

The full bathroom offers a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and lots of mirrors. All sheets, towels, pool towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. Please telephone or email to secure a reservation.25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance and cancellation within this period may result in full payment forfeiture. Check-in information will be sent, 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Policies

This property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival, and as such, any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.

The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out by the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
