Whistler condo rentals at Whistler Blackcomb Resort: This Northstar townhouse is a newly renovated (2009) spacious but cozy 1 bedroom Whistler vacation rental property. The living/dining rooms include: comfortable furniture (including a comfortable queen-size sofa bed), country pine dining table, TV/VCR/DVD, free secured Wireless internet service, stereo CD player, and gas fireplace with local stone surround for ambience.

The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with quality appliances – stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garburator. This townhouse is generously supplied with matching dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and a number of small appliances and has been carefully planned to enable you to relax in comfort or entertain in style.

The bedroom is furnished in country pine and is equipped with a new King-size bed OR Twin bed option, with fluffy duvet and feather pillows, TV, clock radio and mountain view. Note in our photos, the bedroom is made up in both ways.

The full bathroom offers a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and lots of mirrors. All sheets, towels, pool towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

This privately and proudly owned, managed and maintained, ground floor 1 bedroom townhouse for rent at Whistler also has a large patio with patio furniture, gas Bar-B-Q, and lovely view of Rainbow Mountain. A full size washer and dryer plus ironing facilities add to the convenience during your ski holiday at Whistler.

Drive to within steps of this condo for easy loading/unloading. Ski/board storage (and bicycle storage) is available within the townhouse. Free parking is located in the heated, secure, underground parking garage.

This lovely condo is in a complex with a large mountain-view, heated swimming pool and hot tub. This premier location is walking distance to Whistler / Blackcomb ski lifts, cross country ski trails,mountain bike park, Whistler Convention centre, championship golf courses, the tennis centre, restaurants, hiking and mountain biking, shops, free Village Loop bus service, Whistler’s best supermarket, and is on the Valley Trail.

Credit card details are required to secure a reservation. Please telephone or email to secure a reservation.25% of the total booking will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days in advance and cancellation within this period may result in full payment forfeiture. Check-in information will be sent, 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Policies

This property will be clean and well maintained on your arrival, and as such, any property damage, beyond normal wear and tear, noise or security violation charges, or excess cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.

The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out by the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
