Apres Ski Chalet Sun Peaks Accommodations: Sun Peaks Ski Resort BC, offers This great 2 bedroom accommodation. This is the perfect vacation rental for your party with a private hot tub and breathtaking views.
850 sqare feet in the lower unit of the chalet. It offers 9 foot ceilings and a great view out the five-five foot by two foot windows. Your private hot tub is just steps away from your door.
There is a full size kitchen, complete with all amenities: fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and all dishes and pots and pans. Your table sits 6.
The living area features a gas fireplace, TV, stereo, dvd, vcr and cd player. All the comforts of home to snuggle into after a long day on the slopes.
This 2 bedroom Sun Peaks accommodation has a queen bed in the masterm and the second bedroom has two doubles in bunk bed configuration. There is a pull-out couch in the living room for additonal beds.
There is one full four piece bathroom with tub,shower, sink and toilet. All linens and towels are provided, and the unit is comfortable for 6 people.

Deposit: First night cost is taken at the time of booking.
Balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival.
Damage deposit is take upon arrival.
Policies You are renting in a residental area. People live on either side of you. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We collect only the 7% gst their is no hotel tax added to your costs. You can claim your gst back if you are a non Canadian resident.
Cancellation If you cancel within 30 days of coming we will refund all but 25.00 if we can rebook the unit. If cancel within 14 days after booking all but 25.00 is returned.
Depends on the time you are booking we have had some success in rebooking our unit. Please make sure you have travel insurance on credit card or that you truely want to come to Sun Peaks.

www.GoSki.ca is the booking agent for this property. Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
