This home is in the newest development at Sun Peaks Resort. The builder, Dansk, is known for their outstanding designs and quality of workmanship. We are pleased to offer our home to you for your golf or ski vacation to Sun Peaks, British Columbia.
Our unit is ski in access from Sundance and ski out access to the Mt. Morrisey lift. Only minutes from the main village where restaurants and shops are located, our condo for rent at Sun Peaks has a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay enjoyable.
The dining room features 2 storey high windows and seating for 8 at the table with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room is spacious with a gas fireplace to warm you up. The living room features a 42" Plasma TV and DVD player. There is a wireless router available for your use with your lap top. The family room, on the lower level, has a 32" LCD TV and DVD player.
The 6 person hot tub is located on the patio just outside the family room. Relax those tired muscles after a full day of skiing.
There are four bedrooms with sleeping space for 10. The lower level room has a single over double bed. This room is great for teens who like to stay up late and sleep in. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor.
The master suite has a queen size bed and 32" LCD TV and DVD player. There is also a room with a queen bed and a single over queen unit in the last bedroom. All rooms have ample closet space and dressers for storing all your ski clothing.
We have board games, cards, books and movies for you to enjoy.
A full sized washer and dryer are on the lower level. We provide detergent and dryer sheets.
The garage is heated and secure. We have equipped the garage with ski racks, coat racks, mitten warmers and helmet racks for your ski storage needs.
