The home is situated at the bottom of Race Place in the Purcell Woods Close subdivision. Approximately 100m to the entrance of the road, the Gondola is a further 300m (approximate) downhill from the entrance to Purcell Woods. The location of this Kicking Horse vacation rental will allow you to ski to the house from the hill and ski to the gondola from the pioneer chair in the morning.
Main floor: Sunken living room with TV, glass door fireplace and stereo system offer an area to relax and enjoy yourself in. A large open-concept dining & kitchen area lead to the back deck and BBQ. This floor has a half bath and a bedroom with a Double bed and a twin bed above it. A separate entrance leads to the front deck where the private hot tub will be accessed.
Lower floor: The staircase leads you down to the lower floor where a large bedroom with Queen bed, a TV and a Queen futon. A large, well appointed bathroom is on this floor, along with a utility room with washer & dryer.
Top Floor: The master bedroom is large and has a Queen bed w/ en suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed w/ a single bunk overtop and is ideal for children or friends.
