Ski Accommodations at Kicking Horse Resort: Timber frame 3 BR. Kicking Horse Chalet for rent for 8-10 guests is exquisitely finished, offering a high level of luxury & comfort. Ideal for groups of friends or families.
The main floor of this Kicking Horse lodge / accommodation has two fireplaces (1 wood, 1 propane), which keep you cozy and warm. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high-end appliances with stainless finishes, and located in the centre island, the stove is designed to impress.
Floors are predominately maple with floor to ceiling picture windows offering great mountain views. Twenty-nine foot cedar logs extend from the main floor into the vaulted ceilings. A home theatre system in the living room offers great entertainment. The main floor bedrooms are near the back along with a full bathroom and laundry room. Out back, the private hot tub awaits.
The top floor has the large master bedroom, en suite with shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. A catwalk leads to an open concept loft in the middle of the house which overlooks the main floor.

Situated at the bottom of Race Place in the Purcell Woods Close subdivision, this year round vacation rental at Kicking Horse Resort is approximately 100m to the entrance of the road. The Gondola is a further 300m (approximately) downhill from the entrance to Purcell Woods. This vacation home’s location will allow you to ski to the house from the hill and ski to the Gondola from the Pioneer chair in the morning.

Deposit: Reservation policy: 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
Policies
Cancellation Cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations within 30 to 15 days of the first night of accommodation forfeit 50% of the total stay. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival forfeit full payment.

Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
