It features beautiful premium furnishings throughout, slate and birch flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, full custom hickory kitchen, 3 bedrooms with custom handmade beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 entertainment areas, and a private hot tub, laundry area with high efficiency washer and dryer.
Guests have easy access to lifts and après ski activities. Main Floor: kitchen, dining, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. Upper: master bedroom, bathroom, den, loft. Lower floor: Family room, bathroom.

Deposit: 30% of the total is due at the time of booking, the balance of the remaining total is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 45 days of arrival, the full total is due at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations cannot be guaranteed. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or Cheque. Cheques will only be accepted if received in our office 45 days prior to arrival
Policies Waterfall Vacation Homes Ltd. cannot be held responsible and no refund shall be given should Kicking Horse Mountain Resort Ski Area and Lift System be partially or wholly closed at any time during the guests stay. A $500.00 damage deposit will be due upon arrival. This will be authorized on your credit card. The liability of the renter and each guest is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit, Waterfall Vacation Homes Ltd. may pursue the renter and each guest for damages in excess of the damage deposit
Cancellation cancellations made within 31-60 days prior to arrival, forfeit the booking deposit of 30%, unless the unit can be rented our for the same period of time, with the same rental income and conditions. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable, unless the unit can be rented out for the same period of time, with the same rental income and conditions.
