Golden BC Vacation Rental - Description
Quantum Leaps Lodge is a unique, quiet, scenic, and peaceful riverside retreat providing their guests with very special Canadian Rockies accommodations. We are a non-smoking lodge and we respectfully request that there be no parties and/or abuse of alcohol on site. Some beer or wine at dinner is fine. We are a peaceful and quiet retreat.
We offer accommodations for large or small groups, family or friends; the whole lodge can sleep up to 12 people. It is a beautiful, well appointed main lodge with the hot tub and sauna right there.
It can be rented out fully, or for smaller groups by the individual floor. The upper floor includes three bedrooms, two full baths, small kitchen, and a balcony. This unit can sleep up to 7 people maximum.
The two lower floors offer a full service kitchen (including eggs from our chickens), living/dining room with fireplace, DVD, two bedrooms, one full bath, and two pull out futons. There is also an outdoor barbeque for your convenience. This unit can sleep up to 5 people maximum.
The South Point cottage has five bedrooms with all linens and towels provided. There is a full kitchen/dining area and two full bathrooms. The living room is cozy and comes complete with a wood stove. Outside is a deck with barbeque overlooking the river. Hot tub is available from 9 am to 9pm.
The North Point Cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each. It has a spacious living room and kitchen area complete with a wood stove. Hot tub is available from 9 am to 9pm.
The Cliff House is perfect for a group of friends/family with a tighter budget. Bunk bed style it offers room for up to 6 people. It has a small kitchen and two bathrooms.
Quantum Leaps Lodge is 30 minutes away from the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort for your day of downhill skiing or snowboarding. Cross country ski or snowshoe right from our 11 acres of land in the Blaeberry River valley. Pamper yourself at the end of the day of winter activity with a soak in the hot tub, a sauna, and then followed by a relaxing massage (given by a Registered Body worker).
