Deposit: A 25% deposit on the total booking including GST is due at the time of making the booking. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. A $500 damage deposit will be required at check-in via signed credit card slip.
Policies Maximum 8 guests.
Housekeeping provided for stays of 7 nights or greater -
Ashtrays provided on the deck - no smoking inside please.
Cancellation Deposit is refundable less a $100 administration fee for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival. Refunds on payments made for cancellations within 45 day sof scheduled arrival are subject to a replacement booking being made and the $100 admin fee.
