This five year old, two bed/two bath luxury townhouse for rent at Whistler in Glacier's Reach development is located in Whistler Village North and is all on the ground level, with no stairs to worry about. Besides having your own private hot tub on the patio, the complex itself offers a heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness centre, and sauna.
This Whistler lodging is directly across the street from Whistler's largest supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, video rental, and at the start of Whistler's pedestrian walk of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Glacier's Reach was developed strictly as a townhouse development, without retail space allocation to ground level which is typical throughout the village, thus resulting in a much quieter complex atmosphere, especially at night.
Our family room offers a fireplace, Ethan Allen sofa with pull out queen-size bed, La-Z-boy chair, Sony stereo, CDs, tapes, Sony TV, Sony VCR, movies, books, and games. The master bedroom with two twins/king-size bed, with feathered pillows, down duvets, ample storage, has another Sony TV, Sony VCR, mini-refrigerator, separate entrance, and lock off from the rest of the condominium when some privacy needed---my daughter and her friends love this feature! The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, with dresser, end table and ample storage. The modern fully-equipped kitchen has all the extras, even a crock pot and food staples. There are two full bathrooms, each offering hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as soap. The master en suite has jacuzzi tub and second bath with soaker tub. We even provide a knapsack for skiing or hiking!
Ski lifts are less than ten minute walk or take the FREE shuttle service across street. Adjacent to Glacier's Reach is Whistler Tennis Club (open to public) and the start of Valley Trail system for cross country and biking. If preferred, tracked cross country skiing is available less than ten minute walk away.
