Ski out directly under the Wizard Express at the top of Painted Cliff Road in the Benchlands. Conditions permitting, you can ski right to our door off the run "Home Run". A free village shuttle picks up 200 meters from our curb.

Deposit: 25% at time of reservation. $500 damage deposit due, payable by check, 30 days prior to arrival.
Policies 5% GST tax will be collected. Tax raises to 12% on July 1st, 2010. 25% down payment at time of reservation with the balance due 45 days before arrival. We accept U.S. and Canadian personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellation Over 120 days prior to arrival date, forfeiture of first night's rental fees. Less than 120 days, but over 45 days before arrival, forfeiture of down payment. Less than 45 days prior to arrival forfeiture of full payment. However, we will make a good faither effort to re-rent any cancelled dates and refund 100% of monies collected from this re-rental. In 6 years, renting 2 condos, we've had 5 instances where we were not able to re-rent the cancelled dates and make a 100% refund.
