Deposit: $300 damage deposit immediately after booking to hold reservation, full amount of rental due via a cheque 2 weeks before rental. Damage deposit returned immediatley after inspection, via the mail.
Policies To hold property, first come first serve, a cheque mailed 2 weeks prior to rental to confirm and a one night damage deposit ($300 canadian) sent immediatley upon booking to hold reservation. Christmas and News already booked. Some American long week-ends are still available.
Cancellation Cancellations with in two weeks of rental no charge, $300 canadian refunded totally, less that two weeks, no refund, sorry.
