This condo boasts a master bedroom complete with a whirlpool bathtub, and sauna, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. A propane gas barbeque patio with table and chairs, and is overlooking the first hole of world famous Monterra Golf. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware: kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Just in case laundry needs to be done, of course there is a washer and dryer. The pantry always has many of those small things you just happen to forget, like spices and salt.
