Kicking Horse Accommodation - Description

This designer home is the striking showpiece and recently completed labour of love of a local stonemason and builder. Evidence of his craft can be seen in the fastidious tile and stonework that has been laid throughout starting with the unique slate mosaic flooring at the chalet's main entrance which depicts the surrounding Dogtooth mountain range.

Our Kicking Horse Accommodation, Chalet Shamrock is superbly located just 100m from the gondola plaza. Ski in and out to just 20m from your front door.

The property is laid out over three magnificent floors. Downstairs dry room, media room, one queen bedroom and shower/bath washroom. The main floor is the pride and joy dominated by a double-sided rumford fireplace. Its open-plan concept takes in a kitchen (with professional stainless steel appliances), living room, dining room, games room (with a solid wood pool table, scullery and three-piece washroom. The hot-tub sits on this floor's wrap-around deck. Upstairs one queen and one twin room share a bath/shower washroom. And the main en-suite king bedroom has exquisite views of the resort and valley.

Deposit:

On completion of booking, and receipt of 25% deposit we send out confirmation of the booking showing the arrangements booked, the balance due and when it should be paid.

Policies

Check in: 16.00 (4pm), Check out: 10.00 (10am) Furhter reservation information, arrival and check in information will be communicated by email 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your vacation. You will be welcomed into the resort by one of our representatives, and you will be provided contact details for any emergency or additional service requirements (at agreed fees) during your stay. Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. Excessive noise or property damage will result in eviction.

Cancellation

All alterations should be made in writing and will come into effect on they day they are recieved. The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred in making an amendment. Should you wish to cancel your booking for whatever reason, this should also be made in writing and charges will be made as follows: Prior to 12 weeks before arrival any deposit shall be forfeited. Within this period 100% of the booking shall be due and payable, unless we are able to resell the property in which case the difference will be refunded.
