Big White Accommodation - Description

Crescendo is a world-class home of unparalleled excellence offering Big White accommodation on a highly personalized or executive level.

Only steps to the main village, and at the very corner of Hummingbird Run & Gondola Way, simply stated, Crescendo's location is second to none. Being embedded into the mountain's granite base and designed to be an extension of the mountain itself, Crescendo follows the mountain's contour through its split-level plan. Each 1/2 rotation about the spiraled staircase divides the front and back portions of each floor by six feet. In six very separate areas, then, Crescendo's three floors comfortably sleeps 22 adults.

Crescendo is a high-tech, environmentally-friendly smart-home, that would make both Microsoft and Greenpeace smile. Computer-integrated lighting, audio/video, and climate controls is at your command via touchpanels in each room, and geothermal energy heats every surface (garage inclusive).

The 12' x 16' pool is jetted, heats to Hot Tub temperatures, and is chlorine-free! With 1/2 of the pool indoors and 1/2 outdoors, one can access both areas without ever having to leave the water. The pool's outside perimeter, though, is heated to snow-melt temperatures. In addition to the massage jets, the pool hosts the SwimGym for stationary lap-pool swimming against a river-like current.

At more than 5000 square feet, Crescendo is Big White's largest single-family home, available
- as a personal or executive rental;
- to have specialized/catered affairs;
- to host corporate events.

The entire top floor is dedicated solely to the Master Suite. In concert with its unobstructed view of the Monashee Mountains, the Master Suite is both private and serene.

Separated only by glass, the ensuite's AirBath overlooks the Great Room and captures the breath-taking views as well. Combined with its hot-spring effect created by heated air-bubble jets, along with the separate steam shower, the Master Suite is truly a retreat on its own.

February Long Weekend requires a seven night stay. Dates are flexible with a weekly rate discounted to $15,500.00 - a savings of $2,000.00!

Stays shorter than 5 nights may be negotiated with owner, but will incur a cleaning fee of $500.

Booking deposit of 50% of base rate plus GST due at time of booking. This is applied towards the full booking at time of payment - with remainder due 60 days prior to arrival.
$2000 Security Deposit due 30 days before arrival.

50% of base rate plus GST due at time of booking.
Rental Agreement must be signed at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Booking Deposit is non refundable. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival, all monies are non refundable unless replacement booking is made, in which case all monies will be refunded less the initial Booking Deposit.

Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
