1,600 sq ft of living space (2,400 sq ft including foyer, deck & garage.) The great room has 20' ceiling, stone fireplace and over-sized windows that provide an unobstructed view across the valley and mountains. Furnished with overstuffed furniture, AM/FM/CD stereo, cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, & bar with refrigerator.
The kitchen is open and organized. Highlights include granite, stainless, and a center island. Fully equipped with cooking, serving, dining accessories and utensils. Breakfast bar seats two. The dining room table seats six.
The floors are slate and wood. 100% radiant floor heating means cozy, warm surfaces for stocking feet.
The master bedroom has one queen bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double shower & steam room.
Guest bathroom has a 5 1/2 foot soaker tub, slate tiled shower.
Separate den with cable TV, DVD, and PS2.

Refundable pending satisfactory inspection following your departure; to include dishes washed, used bedding stripped, garbage left INSIDE garage door. If additional cleaning is required, damage deposit will be applied to pay for housekeeping.

Cancellation 45+ days prior, refund less 4% transaction fee. Within 45 days, no refunds unless we rebook; and, then, only re-booking amount less 4% transaction fee. Sorry, no refunds for delayed arrival or early departure

Upon confirmation of a booking, a nonrefundable 10% fee of the total booking fee plus GST will be paid by the rentor by Visa, Master Card or bank email transfer to www.GoSki.ca (Leader Marketing Services Inc.). The remaining 90% of the booking fee will be paid in accordance with terms set out to the property owner or manager regarding damage deposits and down payments.
