Ski-out/Ski-in penthouse condo in luxurious Northern Lights. Ski-out via a groomed trail to the Ridge Rocket & Plaza chairlifts. Ski-in from Serwa's, a green run.

Ideal for two couples or one family. This is one of the finest condos on the mountain, catering to quality. It provides for a spacious, relaxed vacation.

1,600 sq ft of living space (2,400 sq ft including foyer, deck & garage.) The great room has 20' ceiling, stone fireplace and over-sized windows that provide an unobstructed view across the valley and mountains. Furnished with overstuffed furniture, AM/FM/CD stereo, cable TV, DVD player, DVDs, & bar with refrigerator.

The kitchen is open and organized. Highlights include granite, stainless, and a center island. Fully equipped with cooking, serving, dining accessories and utensils. Breakfast bar seats two. The dining room table seats six.

The floors are slate and wood. 100% radiant floor heating means cozy, warm surfaces for stocking feet.

The master bedroom has one queen bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double shower & steam room.

Guest bathroom has a 5 1/2 foot soaker tub, slate tiled shower.

Separate den with cable TV, DVD, and PS2.

85% of our bookings are repeat guests. Several are returning for their 7th consecutive season.
