The Alberta Alpine Ski Association is the governing body for alpine ski racing in the Province of Alberta. The Association represents over 30 ski clubs province wide and coordinates and supports skiing development and racing programs for athletes starting at age 5 through to adult ages.

Overlander Ski Club/Stake Lake Nordic Centre: Stake Lake offers 49km of pristine cross-county ski trails only 25 minutes from Kamloops, and 3 1/2 hours from Vancouver. The Club operates the trail network, and is host to numerous activities, programs, and events.

Welcome to the Snow Valley Nordic Ski Club Web Site. The Snow Valley Nordic Ski Club is a non-profit organization with over 225 nordics skiing enthusiants in the Kitimat and Terrace area. Today the club runs and maintains the Onion Lake Ski Trails located approximately halfway between Kitimat and Terrace. The club is run entirely by volunteers through the support of people like you, local governments and local business.

The Sun Peaks Alpine Club offers 5 ski programs for skiers aged 5 – 12 years old (year of birth: 2008– 2001) using the Nancy Greene Ski League Format. These programs deliver customized free skiing and introduce young skiers to alpine ski racing. The focus is FUN on skis. Coaches are Canadian Ski Coaching Federation (CSCF) certified and Canadian Ski Instructor Association (CSIA) certified, many with ski racing backgrounds.

Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) is the national governing body responsible for the advancement of alpine ski racing in and for Canada. ACA manages the Canadian Alpine Ski Team (CAST) and the Canadian Disabled Alpine ski team (CDAST) which are composed of Canada's best able-bodied and disabled ski racers. Ski-Québec alpin (SQA) is an organization responsible for the promotion and every aspect of ski racing in Quebec. SQA is also affiliated with Alpine Canada Alpin and the Canadian Ski Team. In the Quebec territory, SQA is divided in nine regions. There are 65 clubs within these regions, where 5000 licensed skiers are training with 300 coaches, surrounded by 1000 volunteers.
